Understanding the challenges that ambulance crews and the emergency services face daily, and the requirements of the job that they are committed to, has helped to evolve the service that our team at JPR Solutions delivers. We have site based technicians and mobile ambulance infection control units that ensure we can offer flexibility, reliability and cost-effective solutions to all deep clean requirements, 24-hours a day.
All our staff are fully trained in the classroom, and also undertake practical assessments and instruction in all aspects of vehicle and equipment deep cleaning, methodology and infection control techniques, which are based on Department of Health guidelines and Care Quality Commission Regulation 12, Outcome 8- (Code of practice for health and social care on the prevention and control of infections).
JPR Solutions offers a fully managed service which supports any in-house systems and established daily cleaning regimes. Planning of workload and KPI reporting packages can be created to support customer’ requirements.
Working with our chemical supplier, we have developed a range of specialist cleaning products that have been tested and approved in the health sector to kill harmful bacteria. The service we deliver is constantly audited by members of our management team. We also undertake swab testing on an agreed percentage of cleans to verify that the vehicle is not only aesthetically clean, but also infection free. The swabs are then analysed for TVC’s, E coli, Staphylococcus, auras and C difficile by ALS Food and Pharmaceuticals, who are an independent laboratory.
