Yes, we did it! Prior to Christmas, the business went through the final stages of the accreditation process for ISO9001 and received the good news from the auditors that we had passed, achieving gold standard! A significant amount of work has gone into this over the last 12 months spearheaded by our Head of Business Support, Ann McCafferty. Here is what she had to say about the achievement:
